At the SolarPowerUK2011 exhibition, DonauerSolartechnik, a special distributor of photovoltaic products, off-grid solutions and e-mobility technology, demonstrated a new installation framework, the FuturaSiplex system with embedded management functions.
Developed as part of the company's own Itersol product range, cross connectors and component clamps snap into place with the transverse beams using special clips and automatically lock into position. They can be used in all roof systems.
Annett Boland, an engineer in the development department at Donauer, explains: “Futura Siplex is a drop-in system that is particularly easy for technicians to install on rooftop projects. Compared to previous bracket systems, the components can be installed in 20 percent less time.”
