Baowei color steel photovoltaic bracket passed the test of the National Curtain Wall Testing Center

The corrugated plate clamps for color steel photovoltaic brackets independently developed by Baowei play a key role in the application of photovoltaic power stations. Baowei corrugated plate clamps have successfully passed the test of the National Curtain Wall Testing Center, verifying the safety and reliability of the product.

Whether the color steel plate is firmly connected to the roof purlin and whether the corrugated plate clip is clamped to the color steel plate is the key to check whether the roof photovoltaic system is safe. The curtain wall inspection center used a tensile testing machine to conduct a tensile test on the connection firmness of the Baowei "corrugated plate clip" and the color steel plate roof, simulating the maximum bearing capacity when the wind sucks up. The results show that the "corrugated plate clip" can adapt to various harsh climates and ensure that the solar photovoltaic power generation system can continue to generate electricity for 25 years.

At the same time, Baowei’s own laboratory will conduct corresponding tests on the color steel plate model used in each project after connecting it with the Baowei corrugated board clamp, and adjust the bracket design according to the test results, strictly controlling every detail.
