Recently, the 20MW large-scale photovoltaic ground power station of Xuzhou GCL Photovoltaic Power Co., Ltd., China's largest solar photovoltaic power station with a total investment of 420 million yuan, was successfully completed and connected to the grid for power generation.
Data shows that after the photovoltaic power station is put into operation, it is expected to generate about 1,300 hours of electricity per year and about 26 million kilowatt-hours of electricity per year, saving about 7,550 tons of standard coal per year, and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 20,000 tons, sulfur dioxide by about 150 tons, and nitrogen dioxide by about 50 tons per year, with obvious environmental benefits.
It is reported that the Xuzhou photovoltaic power station covers an area of nearly 700 mu, with an installed capacity of 20 megawatts and a total investment of approximately
RMB
420 million. The power station uses the best fixed tilt angle, dual-axis sun tracking and single-axis sun tracking to install photovoltaic modules, and is equipped with complete computer monitoring facilities.
Mr. Angel Luis Serrano Serrano, CEO of Efima Group
As the preferred supplier of China's largest photovoltaic power station, Angel Luis Serrano Serrano, CEO of Efima Group, said: "Solar trackers are an important step in the global new energy strategy. They are an optimized combination of energy collection and application, and a strong guarantee for maximizing energy. The demonstration unit of Xuzhou Photovoltaic Power Station uses Apollo 125 dual-axis daily tracking to install photovoltaic modules. The full-day solar energy received by the unit is twice that of the single-axis tracker, and the daily production capacity has increased by nearly 40%. While improving the efficiency of energy collection, it also lays a solid foundation for Xuzhou Photovoltaic Power Station to become a demonstration project of Jiangsu Province's photovoltaic industry."
Experts said that high-tech provides the driving force for new energy, and the technology used in the newly released Apollo single-axis and dual-axis 125 solar trackers has set a new industry standard for the solar industry. It is foreseeable that solar photovoltaic power stations will contribute to the development of new energy and the global environment in China and even the world.
