Specific implementation functions

The system consists of STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer circuit + GPS module circuit + GSM module SIM800A + indicator light circuit + power supply circuit.


Specific implementation functions:


1. After the system is powered on, it sends a text message to a specific mobile phone number. The content of the text message is the current latitude and longitude information of the system. It is sent every 40 seconds.


2. If you need to send the latitude and longitude information immediately, just press the onboard button to send the latitude and longitude data immediately without waiting for 40 seconds.


3. The SMS sending and initialization are indicated by status indicator lights.

design background

The first GPS satellite was launched into space on March 23, 1976. It is different from other ordinary satellites. Its successful operation means that the door to the era of navigation satellites has been officially opened, and we will officially enter the era of satellite positioning. The information sent to us by navigation satellites is three-dimensional data information that can be used by many users. GPS can provide a new method of highly accurate, all-weather, and all-day detection for the earth's weather and ocean fields. Many users on land, sea, and sky generally use transceivers that can receive, exchange, and track GPS data, so that they can be unaffected by the six-dimensional shape data and three-dimensional shape data of objects moving in time, place, and space. 


Because GPS can cover the entire earth and has good accuracy, good anti-interference ability, and the characteristics of very accurate location determination, it has played a great role in various fields. In recent years, it has been widely used both at home and abroad, and has become a very important part of this information age. Due to the continuous development of various civilian GPS technologies, its future is worth looking forward to, especially in our country, the development and use of GPS will surely become a science and technology to promote economic and social development, bringing unprecedented impact on China's economic and social development.


hardware design

This system consists of STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer circuit + GPS module circuit + GSM module SIM800A + indicator light circuit + power supply circuit. Its hardware block diagram is shown in the figure.

software design

In the Keil5 development environment, the STC89C52RC chip program burning software uses the stc-isp-15xx-v6.85p burning software, which is a software that integrates code download, online simulation and serial port viewing. It has been widely used in the development of 51 series intelligent products. It has high performance and is an indispensable part of the current 51 series single-chip microcomputer control system development. In the Keil5 development environment, certain configurations are required before use. When the downloader (i.e. PL2303 serial port burning module), device and PC are connected, first select the single-chip microcomputer model and serial port number in the software, and set the baud rate to be consistent with the program software. Then select the address where the project program "hex" file is located, and finally click the program download button.
