TMS470PLF221RFPQ1 is an MCU specially used for developing car instrument panels based on ARM7 core of TI . It has 6 stepper motor drivers, which can subdivide and control six instrument motors at the same time. At the same time, the chip has a high-performance coprocessor HET, which can generate very accurate timing. With DMA and multi-buffered serial SPI, it can complete the external function design and occupy very few resources. In addition, the chip has built-in CAN and LIN controllers, which is very suitable for the development of car instrument panels. Lierda has currently developed a high-end car instrument panel solution with TFT LCD based on TMS470PLF221RFPQ1.
