REF2930-3V costs more than 20 yuan, which is too high. Chaliyuan only quoted a few yuan. Is there a problem with TI's supply? Since 3.0V references are rare and hard to find, I want to use 2.5V references.
For 3V voltage reference, you can consider other companies besides TI, such as MAXIM: MAX6003. The initial accuracy of MAX6003 is <1%, which is better than REF2930.
I looked again and found that the MAX6010B is better:

Initial accuracy: ±0.4% (max)
Low temperature drift: 50ppm/°C (max)
