In the FCC standard, the indicator that is most likely to fail is that the amplitude of the emitted spurious waves, especially the high-order harmonics, easily exceeds the standard range. The key to passing the FCC standard is that the conduction (connection) test results must have enough margin (at least 5dB) compared with the FCC standard. If the test conditions are limited, at least the following points must be met:
1. The schematic diagram and layout of the RF matching circuit are completely identical to the layout and wiring of the matching circuit in this document. If they are different, the component values need to be re-adjusted;
2. The maximum transmit power is 0dBm: Bank0_REG6[2:1]=2;
3. In the transmission test mode, the reception needs to be turned off, otherwise the RX local oscillator leakage will exceed the standard: Bank0_REG0[0]=0;
Since the boards and components used by different customers are different, the correct method is to ensure that the above points are met, that the debugging conduction test results have sufficient margin compared to the FCC standard, and that the same components (same brand and same value) are used for welding during mass production.
