Insignis and Rutronik establish important global partnership

Insignis Technology Corp., a US fabless DRAM and eMMC memory supplier, has deepened its partnership with Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH, the world’s 11th largest and Europe’s third largest global electronic components distributor. Through a new focused distribution strategy, Insignis and Rutronik have established a significant global partnership.

Bill Lauer, CEO of Insignis, said: “To execute this strategy, we had to part ways with some of our smaller distribution partners in order to focus on providing the best support to our customers. Rutronik not only brings us a truly global, integrated sales presence, but also significant field technical sales and support.
