To further promote sustainable development for customers, companies and communities, Rockwell Automation plans to achieve net-zero carbon emissions targets for Scope 1 (direct) and Scope 2 (indirect) by 2023. In 2022, the company generated a total of 109,498 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent carbon emissions, including 24% Scope 1 and 76% Scope 2 carbon emissions. In addition, 84% of waste materials were recycled, reused or energy recovered, totaling 7,663 metric tons; revenue generated from energy-saving products reached $1.9 billion.
