Rugged embedded computer brand – Cincoze, has launched the new Rugged Computing - DIAMOND product line of efficient and compact embedded computer DX-1200, which overcomes volume limitations with compact planning, allowing performance and ruggedness to be fully utilized. The DX-1200 is equipped with INTEL's new Alder Lake-S processor, providing excellent computing performance, and effectively meets diverse application needs through rich I/O and flexible modular expansion design. In addition, in addition to continuing the DIAMOND product line's rugged features for harsh environments such as wide temperature, wide voltage, shock resistance, and impact resistance, the DX-1200 has also passed multiple industry certifications, making it an ideal choice for smart manufacturing, machine vision, and edge AI applications.
The 12th generation platform has greatly improved performance
The excellent computing power of DX-1200 is due to the 12th generation Core™ i9/i7/i5/i3 (Alder Lake-S) processor equipped with Intel® 7 process, which has a configuration of up to 16 cores (8P + 8E) and 24 threads, and the processing performance is more than 1.35 times that of Comet Lake-S. In terms of memory, it supports DDR5 64GB 4800MHz and memory ECC error correction technology (Error Correction Code), which is crucial for the industrial control field with special requirements for stability and reliability, and will effectively reduce the risk of failure and data loss. In addition, through the Intel® Xe architecture UHD 770 display chip, the GPU image classification inference performance is also 2.8 times that of the Comet Lake-S platform, showing excellent processing performance for AI and various edge computing.
High-speed transmission and high scalability
Designed for a wide range of industrial applications, the DX-1200 also provides solutions for transmission and modular expandability. In addition to the rich native I/O interfaces, more I/O interfaces such as LAN, M12, DIO and COM can be added through Cincoze's exclusive modules. In response to high-speed application requirements, the DX-1200 supports up to 4x 10Gbps LAN, which greatly improves the transmission efficiency of video and large data. For application environments that require connecting multiple network monitoring devices, the DX-1200 provides up to 8x PoE, providing data transmission and power through the same cable, effectively reducing the difficulty of wiring. At the same time, in response to the increasing demand for wireless transmission applications, the DX-1200's 1x M.2 Key E slot and 2x Mini PCIe slots can support a variety of wireless transmission methods, such as WiFi, GNSS, 4G and Bluetooth.
Extensive industry certifications ensure both security and robustness
DX-1200 continues the Rugged Computing - DIAMOND product line's consistent rugged features. In addition to the necessary rugged protection such as wide temperature (-40 - 70°C), wide voltage (9 - 48 VDC), overvoltage, overcurrent and electrostatic protection (ESD), it also complies with the military shock and vibration standard MIL-STD-810G, and further obtains the globally recognized UL / c-UL / EN / CB 62368-1 safety certification to ensure high stability and safety in harsh use environments. Facing different industry applications, DX-1200 has also passed a number of industry certifications and standards, such as the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) EN 50121-3-2 standard and EN 45545-2 fire protection standard in EN 50155 for rail transit applications, and the vehicle electromagnetic compatibility certification E-mark for vehicle applications. With its rich certifications, strong and stable performance, DX-1200 has become the preferred solution in the industrial control field.
