TubeCut Master Laser Tube Cutting CNC Solution
ANCA Motion's laser tube cutting solution is a complete CNC system package with the latest powerful CNC hardware platform and single-cable solution servo drive, which expands more high-end application possibilities for laser manufacturers. TubeCut Master is equipped with a customized GUI, intuitive 3D graphics and simple configuration wizards, providing advanced tube cutting solutions through a user-friendly experience. With ANCA Motion's Commander software, electrical engineers with no programming experience can also use TubeCut Master to easily customize from color, brand to operation. At the same time, ANCA Motion has been continuously enriching its laser cutting product range to provide advanced tube cutting solutions for high-end laser OEMs.
Flat laser cutting solution Cut Assist
Over the past 45 years, ANCA Motion's CNC systems have been widely used in high-end precision machine tools in more than 40 countries around the world. Cut Assist software is ANCA Motion's application solution specifically for laser cutting. The latest version of Cut Assist v2.0 is based on fast and reliable following, cutting and retracting from any piercing point, and advanced functions such as cutting head protection. Its built-in smart factory and other functions provide operators with greater flexibility and control, allowing end users to get more out of their machines. The latest version of Cut Assist can also help operators plan production reasonably, adjust the cutting sequence, and add functions such as nozzle replacement and cleaning, automatic edge finding and platform exchange.
AMD5x G2 Multi-Axis Servo Drive System
The AMD5x G2 multi-axis servo drive system uses ANCA Motion Bench configuration software, which guides users through system settings in clear and concise steps. Its advantages are: using the EtherCAT® bus framework to drive high-bandwidth, high-current multi-axis systems; integrating high-speed IO; supporting single-cable solutions, using special coatings to enhance reliability, thereby achieving better protection; and a variety of cabinet installation methods can optimize cabinet heat dissipation management. In addition, the system is highly flexible and suitable for demanding applications such as laser cutting, and is compatible with multiple capacitor modules or servo drives. For rotary motors and linear motors, the system can achieve efficient and high-performance motion control, effectively saving energy waste and reducing operating costs.
New generation AMC6 CNC controller
The powerful and robust new generation AMC6 CNC controller adopts a fanless design, uses the latest generation Intel Core™ i series processor, and is based on the Windows® 10 real-time operating system, which is easy to develop and integrate third-party software, making it an ideal solution for industrial applications. The EtherCAT® bus architecture and single module solution integrate the device program and interface program into a single module, which improves the processing speed of the entire system and enhances the performance. In addition, the completely open system architecture is compatible with other software processing and software development in the CNC control unit.
Complete turnkey solutions for cylindrical grinding
A powerful and user-friendly cylindrical and non-circular grinding solution, a high-precision CNC system designed specifically for grinding, making the operation of standard cylindrical and profile grinding machines simple and efficient. ANCA Motion's cylindrical grinding software CyGrind is rich in functions, and the control system is simple and efficient to operate. It is designed for touch screens, with built-in help functions, grinding preview pages and grinding simulation interfaces, which can intuitively and clearly visualize the process during grinding without programming. Through the shape library and other shapes imported by the software, CyGrind can handle a variety of workpieces for standard and eccentric (CAM) grinding.
LinX® M-Series Linear Motors
LinX® M-Series linear motors are equipped with a high-dynamic motion system with a continuous thrust range of 80N to 287N and a peak thrust of up to 1,200N. The motor is fully sealed and has excellent protection, making it suitable for automation, grinders and food processing systems. Compared with ordinary flat linear motors and rotary motors, it provides superior performance at a lower cost, and different sizes can fully meet the applications of different industries. It is worth mentioning that the zero net attraction and downforce of the LinX® series linear motors can effectively improve the efficiency of the machine and extend its life, thereby reducing costs.
In addition, ANCA Motion also brought the AMI5000 EtherCAT® remote control box and Gamma series AC servo motors to the exhibition. Through the connectivity function of EtherCAT®, the AMI5000 remote control box reduces the overall wiring size and weight, and has high compatibility. Its streamlined operation performance is more durable and the control is more flexible. The Gamma series of AC synchronous servo motors that can improve performance can not only increase the ratio of torque to motor size and expand the range of motor use, but also maintain excellent performance in harsh operating environments.
