The biggest feature of the LONWORKS system is that a single device can run a program independently. Various combinations can be made by building blocks. If you need any function, you can add any module. If one module is not enough, you can use multiple modules. Each module has a unique address code (neuron address). As long as they are connected by twisted pair cables, they can command each other to form a powerful system.
Nico's system is widely suitable for various projects ranging from 30,000 to 50,000 yuan to hundreds of thousands or millions of yuan.
Nico has completed projects across the country, ranging from apartments (20,000 to 100,000 yuan) to villas (generally 100,000, 200,000 yuan, and there are 2 million yuan in Shanghai), to the Olympic Village (all landscape lighting, garage lighting, fountains, etc., tens of millions of yuan). The application is very flexible and has received very good reputation due to the stability of the system.
The following is Nico's recent smart home physical design plan:
1. Hallway
(1) Install a smart panel (5006L). The touch control panel is equipped with welcome and leaving modes. When guests arrive, a WELCOME scene will illuminate the entire living room.
(2) Home mode: Light scene control of the living room, corridor, and entrance to welcome the owner home or guests. After opening the door, residents only need to press the "return home mode" button, and the lights in the foyer and living room will turn on, the curtains in the living room will close, and the lights in the corridor and stairs leading to the master bedroom will turn on automatically.
(3) Away mode: turn off all lights, air conditioners, and electrical appliances in the entire villa.
(4) Human body sensor function: when you return home at night, the lights in the foyer will turn on automatically, giving you a warm feeling. After you pass by, the lights will automatically turn off after a delay.
2. Living room
(1) A small LCD touch screen (UBiQ470) is installed. It is the smart terminal of the family and can perform various smart operations. Air conditioning, curtains, lighting scenes, music selection...
(2) Set "welcome scene", "TV scene", etc. When you want to watch TV, just tap the panel to switch to "TV scene", and all the floor-length curtains in the room will automatically close and the lights will dim...
(3) Install an illumination sensor outside the window. When the sun is strong, the curtains will automatically shade the sun and block the strong sunlight outdoors.
3. Restaurant
(1) Install a smart panel (5006L) to control the lights and electric curtains. Set multiple lighting scenes: "Prepare meals", "Eat", "Candlelight", "Brighten", "Dim", "Off". The specific lighting scene effects can be set according to the owner's preferences. In different occasions, just press one of the scenes, and the perfect lighting atmosphere will be instantly transformed.
(2) Install a carbon dioxide sensor. When the carbon dioxide concentration exceeds the standard, the fresh air fan will be automatically turned on for ventilation.
4. Master bedroom
(1) Smart panels (5006L) are installed at the entrance and bedside of the bedroom. Multiple lighting scenes can be set: "Home Mode", "Cinema Mode", "Wake-up Mode", etc.
(2) When you need to go to the bathroom at night, press the "Wake-up Mode" on the smart panel. In the passage from the bedroom to the bathroom, small lights are hidden, projecting soft light from the bedside to the toilet... When you are still asleep, the system has already started to automatically heat the bathroom, making it convenient for the owner to use it after getting up...
(3) The curtains have a timer control function, which can automatically open the curtains when the sun rises in the morning, allowing the owner to wake up naturally.
(4) A small LCD touch screen (UBiQ230) is installed at the bedside. It is the smart terminal of the home and can perform various smart operations. Enter the control area of each room to control each electrical device separately and connect to the outdoor surveillance camera.
5. Bathroom/stairs/corridor
Equipped with a human body sensor and a timer function, the lights will automatically turn on when someone is there at night and turn off when the person leaves.
6. Bar/Coffee Bar
Install a "smart control panel" on the wall and set the following scenes: "Bar", "Bright", "Dim", "Brighten", "Dim", "Off". Bar scene: The light automatically adjusts to 50% brightness, and the light instantly becomes dim and charming.
7. Audiovisual room
(1) Install a smart panel (5006L) at the entrance and set multiple scene modes: "Enter the venue", "Play a movie", "Break", "Music appreciation", "People leave", etc.
(2) Press the "Play a movie" scene, the lights gradually dim, the electric screen opens, the projector bracket automatically lowers, and people enter.
(3) Place a 7-inch wireless touch screen (UBiQ350) on the coffee table. You no longer need various remote controls. You can control various lighting scenes and home theater equipment (DVD, amplifier, projector, HD disc player, etc.) through the touch screen.
8. Study
(1) Install a "smart control panel" (5006L) and preset scene modes such as "Reading", "Rest", and "Auto Dimming".
(2) A brightness sensor is installed near the window. When the outdoor natural light dims, the room lights can be automatically brightened to keep the illumination constant and protect the owner's eyesight at all times.
9. Advanced background music system
(1) This villa uses professional fixed-impedance stereo background music, which is many times better than the commonly used constant-voltage amplifier.
(2) Professional background music panel, each room can not only adjust the volume, but also select tracks.
(3) Music can be played on a scheduled basis. When holding a party, the music in multiple areas can be turned on and off with one click.
(4) Under the control of the intelligent system, the owner can control the music playback and song selection in each area on the 7-inch embedded touch screen in the living room, and can also mute it with one click.
