Manufacturing process of outdoor LED display screen
1. Inserting lights
Insert different colored diodes into the holes of PCB board to form pixels. The pixel pitch is the distance between two lights, and the resolution is the number of lights per unit area. The main diodes are Silan, Dalian Lumei, American Cree, Guanglei, AXT, AOC; the standard specifications of light-emitting diodes are generally 12mELl for R, 14mell for G and B.
Note: a. The direction of the light, do not insert the positive and negative poles in reverse b. Do not insert less or wrong c. Check whether there are any problems with the diode itself d. QC inspection
2. Soldering
a. Machine tinning b. Check whether there are any lights falling off c. Whether there are any cold solder joints d. Cut corners e. Knock down some of the middle ones (to facilitate the subsequent welding of the driver board)
3. Installation
(1) Installation of plastic frame
a. Cut the board b. Fasten the finished light board to the frame c. Tighten the screws
(2) Driver board
a. SMT patch b. Driver cable connector c. Soldering of power contact d. Capacitor welding e. V line and U line welding
f. Driver chips include Japanese Toshiba TB62726, Taiwan MBI5026, MBI5024, domestic 595, 8310, 14953, etc.
4. Light board and driver board welding
a. Insert the driver board into the light board b. Solder with tin wire c. QC inspection
5. Board calibration
a. Align the lights with baffles b. Fix with lampshade c. QC inspection, remove the cover
6. Inspection
a. Connect the cable to see if there are any lights that are not lit b. Use a multimeter to find out the cause and solve it
7. Fix the light board
a. Fix the spacer frame with screws b. Glue filling c. Cover the lampshade d. Fix with screws e. Put on the leather ring (anti-vibration)
8. Put on the cabinet
a. Fix the module on the cabinet, from bottom to top b. Put on the cable and connect c. Put on the circuit wiring, positive red, black and negative
