1. The manufacturer's conductive silver glue needs to be frozen during transportation, and the conductive silver glue should be wrapped with a large number of ice bags or dry ice;
2. Even if the weather is cold, customers should immediately transfer the newly received conductive silver glue into the freezer of a refrigerator at 0-5 degrees for storage;
3. Before use, the conductive silver glue is thawed and used for 1-3 hours (depending on the different conductive silver glues);
4. During use, add an appropriate amount of conductive silver glue in about 2-3 hours. It is recommended to clean the silver glue on the solder drum of the solid crystal machine every 12 hours;
5. When the conductive silver glue shows wire drawing, it must be replaced no matter how long it has been used;
6. After the conductive silver glue reaches the specified point, solid crystal must be performed within 2 minutes;
7. When stopping solid crystal, make sure that the solder drum keeps rotating. If the tin drum containing the conductive silver glue stops rotating for more than 30 minutes, it is recommended to clean the glue drum and replace the conductive silver glue;
8. Put the material into the oven within one hour after crystal bonding, and the longest time should not exceed 2 hours.
