1. Control system
1. The whole screen is not lit or squares appear.
Is the control host turned on
? Is the communication line plugged in?
Is the sending card plugged in
? Is the data line between the multimedia card and the acquisition card and the sending card connected? Is the
switch position of the receiving card JP1 or JP2 incorrect? Turn on the host.
Plug in the communication line.
Re-insert the sending card
. Connect the data line between the multimedia card and the acquisition card and the sending card.
Adjust the switch position of JP1 and JP2.
Is the computer monitor protected, or the display area is black or pure blue. (Synchronous screen)

2. Every time I start the LED studio, it prompts that the control system cannot be found.

The signal acquisition line between the COM port and the data transmission card is not connected or the COM port of the computer itself is broken. Connect the data line or replace the computer.

3. The whole screen is shaking or ghosting

Check the communication line between the computer and the large screen.
Check the DVI line between the multimedia card and the sending card.
The sending card is broken. " Re-insert or replace the communication line. Re-insert the DVI line to reinforce it. Replace the sending card.


2. Drive part
1 Unit board is not lit
If several boards are not lit in the horizontal direction, check whether the wiring connection between the normal unit board and the abnormal unit board is connected;
or whether the chip 245 is normal.
If several boards are not lit in the vertical direction, check whether the power supply of this column is normal.
Is +5V power or GND supplied?
Is +5V and GND short-circuited?

2. A row on the unit board or a row corresponding to a module is not lit or displayed abnormally.
Check whether the pins of the row signal of the corresponding module are poorly soldered or leaked;
check whether the upper and lower resistors of the row signal are not soldered or leaked.

3. If two lines of a unit board light up at the same time (one line is normal when displaying text, and one line is always on),
check whether the two lines of signals corresponding to the module are short-circuited.

4. The red or green on the upper or lower part is not lit or displayed abnormally. The unit board is missing color.
Check whether the 245 RG B data is output. Check
whether the normal 595 output pin and the abnormal 595 input pin are connected.
Check whether the input row pin is normal or short-circuited with GND, +5V.
