I was able to get this board thanks to Electronic Engineering World for providing the AutoChips AC7801x motor demo board! The previous unboxing was a bit simple, and I thought I could continue posting or modify it, so I was more casual. Later I found that there was no such function, so now I have to re-post and re-write it. Now let's re-learn the development and use of AutoChips AC7801x.
About JieFa Technology
Hefei AutoChips Inc. was established in 2013. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing NavInfo Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002405.SZ), and has Shanghai TuQing Microelectronics Co., Ltd. under its umbrella. AutoChips focuses on the R&D and design of automotive electronic chips and related systems, and has established R&D and marketing centers in Hefei, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Wuhan.
About JieFa Technology 's MCU products
Mainly divided into three categories: MCU, Audio Amplifier (audio amplifier), TPMS (tire pressure series products: such as AC5111)
We mainly use MCU products. Here are two major product lines under MCU: AC7801x and AC781x
Product Introduction
As an important field of MCU application, automotive electronics has a broad market space. However, due to the "high threshold" of automotive-grade MCUs, the market has been monopolized by foreign manufacturers. AutoChips has relied on its professional understanding and deep accumulation of the automotive electronics industry for many years, and after three years of painstaking research and development, it launched the first domestically produced 32-bit automotive-grade MCU that meets the AEC-Q100 Grade1 certification - AC7811 at the end of 2018, filling the gap in the domestic market and achieving a zero breakthrough. Subsequently, JieFa Technology continued to increase its investment in the field of automotive-grade MCUs, targeting the needs of the segmented market, while optimizing functions and improving cost control, and recently successfully launched the AC7801x series MCUs.
AC7801x MCU
The AC7801x series of automotive-grade MCU chips are based on the ARM Cortex-M0 core, with a main frequency of 48MHz (or72MHz), an operating temperature support of -40℃~125℃, an operating voltage support of 2.7~5.5V, an added CAN-FD interface, compatible with CAN2.0B, 2-way LIN interface, and meet AEC-Q100 certification specifications. It can adapt to harsh working environments and adopts three packaging modes of 48PIN, 32PIN, and 20PIN, which greatly enhances the adaptability and low power consumption and high reliability advantages of AC7801x. It is widely used in automotive body control, cooling and lighting systems, and can also be used in high-reliability industrial fields, such as water pumps, oil pumps, industrial fans, motors and other product control systems.

A variety of interfaces are also reserved (as shown above), including USB interface, UART serial port, SPI interface, encoder interface, Hall line interface, LIN interface, CAN interface, JLINK-20PIN interface, IDC interface bus, low-voltage power supply interface, power tube single-ended power supply interface, and motor phase line interface.
Hardware circuit analysis
Power supply : Use MPQ4420 (12V-5V) as BUCK step-down circuit, and MPQ2019GN as LDO (5V-3.3V)
USB to serial port circuit : using CH430G
IO circuit : KEY (ad port PC1: ADC_IN9), SPD_VR (ad port PC0: ADC_IN10), LED (PA6) circuit, hall circuit (PWDT1), encoder circuit
Circuit driving circuit : IR2101S driver chip, MOS tube (NCE6990/NCE80H12), bootstrap circuit composed of D6 diode and CB37 bootstrap capacitor
Sampling circuit: Use MCP6022 as the signal amplification circuit, and read the data through the phase current I_BUS through amplification and AD sampling of the MCU; the phase voltages U, V, and W are sampled by the AD of the MCU through the voltage divider circuit.
The entire motor control circuit analysis is completed. When I finished this board, my colleagues passed by me and saw this board. They all said that this board is made of sufficient materials. Not bad, it shows that Jiefa Technology is very careful in design and board layout.
Other Information
Log in to the official website http://www.autochips.com/jk/MCU1/info_225.aspx?pid=530&typeid=225 , you can download a lot of information. However, after reading a lot of domestic MCU documents, the documents of the Jiefa AC78x series are also very attentive. Basically, you will understand it at a glance, and they are especially equipped with DEMO routines, combined with data sheets and user manuals, and you can get started quickly.
The supporting materials of the development board mainly include: schematics, application notes, chip manuals, Keil support packages, demo projects, etc. I organize them separately, so it looks neater and more convenient. If you need them, please send me a private message and I will make a link to collect all of them.
