As the proportion of in-vehicle electronic applications increases, automotive electronics dominates 90% of the current automotive industry's innovations. Various emerging applications continue to emerge, allowing the automotive industry to develop in the direction of cleaner energy, greater safety, more humane intelligence, and greater comfort. However, in order to maximize the performance of these advanced electronic products and maintain operational efficiency, optimized heat dissipation design is the key.

Faced with the rapid development of cutting-edge and integrated automotive electronic equipment, SUNON has been paying attention to the heat dissipation needs of this innovative design. Since obtaining the first project from European and American car manufacturers in 1999, SUNON has accumulated 12 years of experience in cooperation with European and American international car manufacturers, and has successfully entered the design of automotive electronic heat dissipation projects such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air conditioning), E-Box (driving electronic control system), Seat Ventilation (car comfort seat), Multi-functional Dashboard (multi-functional dashboard), EV/HEV battery box, LED headlights, etc. From the engine room, car room to the trunk, SUNON meets customers' high quality requirements in high safety, high reliability, quietness, intelligence, comfort and energy saving.

In order to meet high safety regulations and the stringent standards of international vehicle regulations, SUNON passed the ISO/TS16949:2002 certification in 2006. With its professional and solid design capabilities, it has become the preferred partner for the new generation of innovative automotive electronic equipment. It is the first professional cooling manufacturer in Taiwan to successfully open up the European and American automobile and professional vehicle (trucks, buses, tour coaches) markets.

As LED lighting matures and becomes commercialized year by year, it is not only widely used in the automotive industry such as LED headlights, LED interior footlights, LED taillights, etc., but also enters the general lighting application field. However, the high temperature of more than 100 degrees Celsius generated by high-wattage LED lighting seriously affects the luminous efficiency and service life of LED grains. In order to effectively stabilize the LED luminous lumens, extend the service life of LED lamps, and increase the beauty of LED lamp ID design, good heat dissipation design is an important guarantee for realizing high-efficiency LED lighting systems.

SUNON is committed to the development of energy-saving and environmentally friendly cooling technology for LED lamps. It provides active cooling modules with advanced cooling design and micro cooling technology, creating cutting-edge products for high-power LED lighting that are small and lightweight. They are suitable for E27/E26 Light Bulb (15-25W), MR16 (7-15W), 31W and above spotlights, and 25W~50W downlights.

SUNON's LED cooling module uses high-efficiency active cooling, which can successfully reduce the high temperature of up to 120℃ during natural cooling to 65℃, which can prevent the LED system from light decay or failure; the best sound quality below 20phon can better meet the quiet requirements of indoor lighting installations; in addition, LED lamps installed on the ceiling are prone to dust accumulation, affecting lighting efficiency and service life. Jianzhun's active LED cooling module, combined with the world's unique patented fan forward and reverse design, can effectively overcome the problem of dust accumulation.

SUNON has been focusing on cooling fans, cooling modules and total solutions for 30 years. With "energy saving and environmental protection" as the company's annual agenda and "customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment" as the ultimate goal, it has integrated the energy of the global R&D team to launch four major technological innovations: "quiet revolution", "energy revolution", "efficiency revolution" and "micro revolution". In addition to serving the diversified cooling needs of various industries, it has also integrated the green energy and environmental protection design concepts into the application designs of various industries such as LED lighting, network communication servers, projectors, digital homes, automotive electronics, and information, hoping to bring quiet, comfortable, and intelligent green innovative technologies to mankind and realize the vision of thriving global technology.
