LED stage screens often accompany the appearance of a feast. Imagine how much impact a concert or party will have if the screen suddenly dims or flickers in the middle of the event. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the stability of the LED stage screen. Specifically, the following three points can improve the stability of the LED stage screen.
Choose materials carefully
The raw materials of LED display screens include LED lamps, driver ICs, power supplies, power signal connectors, etc. These are the core elements that determine the quality of LED display screens.
Therefore, the requirements for material selection are: internationally renowned brands, related tests that exceed industry standards, and various protection function requirements. For example, the requirements for switching power supply selection are: overheat protection, AC input must support wide voltage and surge resistance. DC output must have overvoltage and overcurrent protection. The structural design must ensure that the box is beautiful and stylish, while also ensuring good heat dissipation and fast splicing.
Technical requirements for system control solutions
Due to the particularity of the stage LED display, the stability requirements are extremely high during operation. Therefore, each link of the system control solution has a hot backup function, including video sending and receiving equipment, signal transmission cables, etc. It can ensure that when an unexpected situation occurs in a certain link of the system, the system can automatically diagnose and switch to the backup equipment at a very fast speed, and the entire switching process will not affect the display effect on site.
For example, to meet the needs of stage scenes, the stage LED display needs to be moved and spliced at the live broadcast site. If the signal input line of a display in the middle of the large screen is loose due to negligence of the staff or other reasons, in the conventional control scheme, all displays will have no signal from the loose cabinet to the end of the signal cascade. If a hot backup solution is added to the control system, the hot backup function is activated at the moment the signal line is loose, then the stage LED display can still work normally and will not cause any impact on the live broadcast site.
Real-time monitoring of working status
The working status of the stage LED display can be monitored in real time by computer, including temperature, humidity, voltage, smoke, working status of cooling fans, etc. It can automatically adjust and handle various conditions that occur, and provide location and alarm for abnormalities.
For example, when the temperature inside a box is relatively high due to the environment or other factors, the power supply inside the box may be overheated at any time if it is not handled in time. If the working status of the display is monitored in this case, the system will reduce the internal temperature of the display by intelligently adjusting the working status of the display. When the intelligent adjustment cannot reduce the temperature to the set target, the system will alarm through the staff setting method, provide the abnormal box location, and notify the staff to handle it in time. Ensure the normal working status and safe use of the display.
