VIPER26LD regimen
The STEVAL-ISA081V1 is an isolated SMPS capable of providing 12W output over a wide input voltage range. It is designed for power supplies and is a low-cost and space-saving solution.
The STEVAL-ISA081V1 SMPS uses primary-side regulation to produce a nominal output voltage of 12 V. This board is based on the VIPER 26LD monolithic converter that integrates a high-voltage MOSFET and a PWM controller in one package.
The document contains a basic technical description of the demo board (schematic, PCB details and bill of materials), as well as basic measurements (load regulation, efficiency, standby behavior, EMI and thermal performance data). The last part of the document contains suggestions on how to set different output voltages (10V~18V) and how to improve the operating efficiency (up to 86%).
