1. For the Φ5 two-color 64×32-dot unit board, under the +5V supply voltage, when the whole board is set to display yellow, the measured single board current is 5A. Considering that the switching power supply has an efficiency of less than 83%, if a 5V/30A switching power supply is used, each board can carry a maximum of 5 two-color boards.

2. For the Φ5 single-color 64×32-dot unit board, under the +5V supply voltage, when the whole board is set to display red, the measured single board current is 3.9A. Therefore, if a 5V/30A switching power supply is used, according to theoretical calculation, each board can carry a maximum of 6 single-color boards.

However, in actual use, considering the cost factor, it is generally used to carry 8 to 9 single-color boards per board.

3. For the Φ3.7 unit display board, it can be slightly increased with reference to Φ5, and each 5V/30A switching power supply can carry 6 Φ3.7 two-color boards or 10 Φ3.7 single-color boards.
