OLED: Organic Light Emitting Display, or organic light-emitting display, is a newly emerging type on mobile phone LCDs and is known as the "dream display". OLED display technology is different from traditional LCD display methods. It does not require a backlight and uses a very thin organic material coating and a glass substrate. When current passes through, these organic materials will emit light. Moreover, OLED display screens can be made lighter and thinner, with a wider viewing angle and can significantly save electricity. However, although OLED with better technology will replace LCDs such as TFT in the future, organic light-emitting display technology still has defects such as short service life and difficulty in large-scale screens.
LED is the abbreviation of Light Emitting Diode.
LED applications can be divided into two categories: one is LED single tube application, including backlight LED, infrared LED, etc.; the other is LED display screen. At present, there is still a certain gap between China and the international level in the manufacturing of LED basic materials, but as far as LED display screens are concerned, China's design and production technology level is basically in sync with the international level.
LED display is a display device composed of light-emitting diodes. It uses low-voltage scanning drive and has the following characteristics: low power consumption, long service life, low cost, high brightness, few failures, large viewing angle, and long viewing distance.
