Quality identification of LED unit boards

The quality of LED display unit board can be identified from the following aspects:

1. Check the appearance quality of the selected material

①PCB board material and processing quality;

②IC device brand and consistency;

③Quality of luminous dot matrix;

2. Check the circuit design specifications and PCB wiring to meet the LED display technology requirements;

3. Check welding quality

Check whether there are any missing or wrong components on the patch, and whether there are any burrs or short circuits on the component pins. Check whether the direct plug-in solder joints are smooth and round, and whether the board surface is clean and tidy, without any false solder joints or leaks. Check the flatness of the light-emitting dot matrix and the consistency of the ink color.

4. Power-on test (refer to the steps in the "Performance Test Report")
