LED control drive circuit schematic diagram

ET6201 is a 1/7 to 1/8 duty cycle LED display control drive circuit. It consists of 11 segment outputs, 6 gate outputs, 1 segment/gate output, 1 display memory, control circuit, and key scanning circuit to form a high-reliability microcontroller peripheral LED drive circuit. Serial data is input to ET6201 through a 4-wire serial interface, and is packaged in SOP32.

ET6201 Pin Description
Pin Number Pin Name I/O Function Description
1 OSC I Oscillator input port, connect an external resistor to determine the oscillation frequency.
2 DOUT O Data output port (N-channel open drain), output serial
data on the falling edge of the shift clock. 3 DIN I Data input port, input serial data on the rising edge of the shift clock ( starting
from the low-bit data). 4 CLK I Clock input port, read serial data on the rising edge and output data on the falling edge. 5 STB I Serial interface selection port, data input after STB falls is regarded as a command, CLK is ignored when STB is high. 6, 7, 8 K1~K3 I Key scan input port, data input to these ports is latched at the end of the display cycle. (Internal pull-down resistor) 26, 29, 32 GND ─ Ground pin. 10~12 14~20 SG1/KS1~SG10/KS10 O Segment output port (P channel open drain), can also be used as key scan output port 21 SG11 O Segment output port (P channel open drain) 22 SG12/GR7 O Segment/gate output port 9, 25 VDD ─ Power supply 23, 24, 27 28, 30, 31 GR6~GR1 O Gate output port 13 NC ─ Empty pin
