1. Originated from circuit design
Among the products currently on the market, the linear parallel design of GE in the United States is the most reasonable. However, the premise is that LEDs must be customized in large quantities to produce a certain amount of products in the same batch. Because LEDs are highly discrete, the voltage drop, wavelength, light color, and height vary greatly. Only LEDs with the same indicators can be used in parallel. The current of low voltage drop is very large, and the current of high voltage drop is very small, resulting in uneven light color and height, and shortened life due to high current.
Based on the characteristics of Chinese characters and the large discreteness of LEDs, our company has independently developed a modular structure and created a unique unipolar annular anti-static hybrid circuit, which not only prevents static electricity but also solves the problem of inconsistent voltage drop. There is no need to distinguish between the front and back of the module when connecting.
2. About White Light LED
So far, the world has not produced a "real" white light LED. Generally, there are three methods to obtain it: 1. Mix red, blue, and green (R, B, G) chips to emit light (represented by the United States). 2. Use 460cm blue light chips to coat YAG. Mix the original blue light to synthesize white light (represented by Japan, patented by Nichia). Therefore, this kind of white light cannot be used for red panels, but other color panels can be used. 3. Use ultraviolet light LEDs to coat red, blue, and green primary color phosphors to obtain white light.
Most products on the market use the second process. Because the preparation and application of YAG phosphors are purely manual operations, the color of the white light produced varies greatly, and it is necessary to perform spectrophotometry and color separation. Otherwise, the luminous character panel made with it will be "flowery". LEDs from the same batch must be in the same color zone. Our lattice company requires that the X and Y axis hue coordinate values cannot exceed 0.1.
