Texas Instruments (TI) recently announced the launch of the PowerLab reference design library, which brings together the industry's most extensive and tested power management reference designs. The PowerLab reference design library contains more than 300 power management reference designs to meet the needs of various applications and power conversion topologies, such as lighting, telecommunications, computing and consumer electronics. For the latest design, please visit:

.
The PowerLab Reference Design Library provides a powerful interactive search engine that helps designers search for proven and tested solutions for their power supply needs. This interactive search tool helps engineers find designs based on application, topology, input type, input voltage, or output voltage. New solutions are added to the PowerLab database every month.
"TI is committed to providing our customers with the best technical support in the industry," said Masoud Beheshti, director of global strategic marketing and applications for TI's power management division. "With the PowerLab reference design library, designers can now easily tap into TI's years of power expertise and accelerate time to market."
Shortening the design cycle and accelerating the time to market are the main challenges faced by OEMs. TI Designs will accelerate the time to market with more integrated designs, help reduce costs, and create higher performance power supply designs. All reference designs in this database are tested and include the following supporting technical documents: circuit schematics, printed circuit board (PCB) layouts, bill of materials (BOM), Gerber files and other design support tools.
