There are many reasons why the fluorescent lamp at home is broken. It may be due to the lack of a voltage stabilizer, power fluctuations, or aging of the lamp. Let's analyze it in detail below.
(1) If the lamp has reached the end of its life. The phenomenon is: one or both ends of the lamp turn black, the blackened area is larger, or the surrounding surface of the lamp turns black. The lamp does not emit light when turned on, or it flashes briefly, and then goes out immediately without discharge. The ends of the lamp emit a deep orange glow without discharge. The reason is that the phosphorescent coating around the two electrodes has faded at the same time or one end has faded due to long-term use. At this time, the lamp should be replaced with a new one.
(2) The lamp is not used for a long time, far less than the rated service life (2500-6000 hours). The reason is that
the power supply
voltage
is not suitable, too many starts caused by too many switching times, or poor contact of the pins. The solution is to find out the data on the ballast, reduce the number of switching times as much as possible, and check all contact parts and accessories in detail.
(3) The end of the lamp tube changes color, and black spots, black rings or brown rings appear in a large area. The reason for this phenomenon is mercury condensation in the lamp tube, the ballast and the lamp tube do not match, or the starter is of poor quality. You should also measure whether the voltage is in compliance and whether all contact parts are in good contact.
(4) The end of the lamp tube only emits dim light but not bright. The reason is that the capacitor in the starter
is
short-circuited, or the contacts are stuck and cannot be separated, or there is a wiring error. The solution is to replace the starter and try it. If it is a newly installed lamp, the circuit should be carefully checked.
(5) Fluorescent lamps are difficult to start. The phenomenon is that when the switch is closed to start, the flashing time is too long. If this continues, the lamp will soon be damaged. The reason for this failure may be that the fluorescent lamp has been used for a long time and its life is about to end. If this happens with a new lamp, then the quality of the lamp is not high, or the starter is old and has lost its function. If the power supply voltage is too low, or the temperature around the lamp is too low, it will also be difficult to start. During maintenance, if it is a new lamp, it should be installed on another better lamp for testing. If it is still difficult to start, it means that there is a problem with the lamp. If it is proved to be a good lamp by the test, then the voltage regulator should check the starter and ballast, or increase the voltage through the voltage regulator or wait until the indoor temperature reaches normal temperature before starting.
(6) The brightness of the fluorescent lamp decreases by pdqs_3, which means that the brightness of the lamp is significantly lower than that of the normal lamp. The main reason for this failure is that the lamp is not used in accordance with the requirements, or there is too much dust outside the lamp, the temperature outside the lamp is too low or too high, and
the power supply
voltage
is too low. Except for improper use, the other problems can be solved.
(7) The fluorescent lamp ballast makes noise. This problem is mainly caused by improper installation, vibration of the iron sheet (i.e., iron core) inside the ballast, incompatibility of the lamp tube and ballast specifications, heating of the ballast itself, partial short circuit of the ballast, etc.
The solution to this problem is to pad the ballast with a soft rubber pad to reduce the noise. In addition, check the wiring carefully for errors, and then remove the ballast and pass the rated voltage alone to determine whether there is a problem with the ballast itself.

Common signal devices in workshops include the signal lights on the switchboard and the signal lights (also called indicator lights) on various machine tools. The signal on the switchboard is mainly used to indicate which line is supplying power and which line is not supplying power. If this signal light fails, it loses its function.
The fault of the signal device is nothing more than
a
circuit
obstacle or a fault of the device itself. If the signal light does not light up, it may be that the fuse of the signal light is blown, or the main fuse for the signal light is blown. If the signal light of the machine tool does not light up,
the fuse at the input end of the
step-down
transformer attached to the machine tool should be checked. The fault of the signal light itself refers to the burnout of the bulb filament or poor contact of the lamp socket.
