The improvement of living standards has made people put forward higher requirements for living conditions. The importance of residential security systems is becoming more and more important. Intelligent home security systems integrate functions such as anti-theft, anti-robbery, fire prevention, and gas leakage prevention. In case of an accident, they will automatically alarm and prevent accidents before they happen, becoming the guardian of home safety.
The community security system mainly includes the following aspects: closed-circuit monitoring system, intrusion alarm system, access control system, electronic patrol system, as well as the comprehensive application of intelligent residential security system, perimeter defense system, video intercom system and other systems. The community security center is responsible for centralized monitoring and management of various security subsystems. Below we focus on seven of the systems:
1. Closed-circuit monitoring system
As one of the means of monitoring and information of the security status of the work area, the closed-circuit monitoring system, combined with the internal intercom system and the public broadcasting system, can reduce the workload of managers and improve the quality and efficiency of management. As a powerful auxiliary means of modern security, the closed-circuit monitoring system transmits the video images or danger signals of each scene on the scene to the main control center and the sub-management room. The on-duty managers can objectively monitor each area without visiting the scene in person, and mobilize and guide evacuation in a unified manner when a situation is found, saving a large number of patrol personnel. Fewer people can avoid many human factors and ensure that the appropriate solution can be implemented in the shortest time.
2. Intrusion Alarm System
Intrusion alarm systems are generally composed of detectors, alarm controllers, linkage controllers, analog display screens and searchlights. General intrusion alarm systems mostly use linear detectors. Linear detectors mostly use dual-channel/four-channel active infrared detectors to form an anti-illegal crossing alarm system. The system uses fuzzy control technology to effectively avoid the impact of small animals, debris, blizzards, etc. on detection alarms, while ensuring immediate alarms for illegal crossings of larger objects and people. When the detector detects an intrusion signal, it will immediately report to the community property alarm center. The alarm center will link the controller to turn on the searchlight in the relevant area, sound the alarm siren, start the video recorder, and simulate the electronic screen to dynamically display the alarm area. The alarm center monitoring computer will pop up an electronic map.
3. Access Control System
The access control system manages the important passages of smart homes. The access control system can control the entry and exit of personnel, and can also control the behavior of personnel in the building and sensitive areas. Control devices such as card readers, fingerprint readers, password keyboards, etc. are installed at the entrance of the building, elevators, etc. Residents must have a card or enter the correct password, or press a special finger to be allowed to pass. The access control system can effectively manage the opening and closing of doors, ensure the free entry of authorized personnel, and restrict the entry of unauthorized personnel.
4. Electronic Patrol System
The patrol system is a means for managers to check whether patrollers arrive at designated locations according to patrol routes at designated times. The patrol system helps managers understand the performance of patrollers, and managers can change patrol routes at any time through software to meet the needs of different occasions. Patrol systems are divided into two types: wired and wireless:
The wireless patrol system consists of information buttons, patrol handheld recorders, downloaders, computers and management software. Information buttons are installed on site, such as near the entrance of each residential building, garage, main road, etc. The patrol handheld recorder is carried by the patrol personnel when on duty. The downloader is a component that connects the handheld recorder and the computer for information exchange, and it is set in the computer room. The wireless patrol system is easy to install and does not require a dedicated computer. In addition, the system expansion, modification, and management are very convenient.
The wired patrol system is that the patrol personnel send signals to the management computer at the specified time and place on the specified patrol route to indicate normality. If the signal is not sent to the management computer within the specified time, or the signal is not sent in the specified order, the system will consider it abnormal. In this way, problems or dangers of the patrol personnel will be discovered quickly.
5. Smart Residential Security System
The main system is the home anti-theft alarm system, which is composed of a security center management host, home alarm, various sensors and transmission lines. The entry point is mainly doors and windows. Sensors are deployed in important places and areas of the home to allow owners to live in a safer and more comfortable environment. The various sensors are introduced as follows: Window magnets, door magnet switches, gas leak alarms, smoke alarms, emergency buttons and other security systems are all used inside the home. Infrared probes, window magnets, door magnet switches, smoke probes, emergency alarm buttons, etc. are installed in each owner's home. A door host is set at the entrance of each unit, and a management host is set in the security center. When a guest visits, press the outdoor button or the room number of the visitor, and the resident's indoor extension will ring. At the same time, the display screen of the indoor unit will automatically open, showing the image of the visitor and the outdoor situation. The owner and the guest will talk on the intercom. After confirming their identities, they can remotely control the electric lock of the door through the unlocking key of the indoor extension to let the guest in. After the guest enters the door, the door will automatically close.
In addition, through the community networking, centralized security alarm management can be achieved for all users who have installed home security systems in the entire community. Each family's security system can transmit the alarm signal to the management center through the bus, and the management personnel can confirm the location and type of the alarm. At the same time, the computer also displays some information related to the residents, so that the security personnel can handle the alarm in a timely and correct manner.
6. Perimeter Defense System
The perimeter security fence alarm system mainly monitors the situation around the building to prevent illegal intrusion. It is the first line of defense of the anti-theft alarm system and also a very important line of defense.
Perimeter protection sensors can detect intruders as soon as they enter the protection area and sound an alarm before they approach the protected people and property. An effective outdoor security system can return the investment of equipment by reducing the risk of theft, vandalism and personal injury.
7. Video intercom system
The traditional analog video intercom system is composed of a management center, a visual outdoor host, a visual indoor extension power supply, etc. It can realize three-way calls, building intercom, image monitoring, comprehensive alarm, door lock opening, alarm memory, and central comprehensive management. The system adopts 485 wiring transmission mode. According to different requirements, it can be connected to external door magnets, infrared, smoke sensors, gas probes, and computer centers, workstations, and "110" alarm centers to implement community intelligent management.
The digital network intercom system adopts network signal transmission. In addition to all the functions of the above analog video intercom system, it also has the functions of making video calls (VIOP) and PSTN calls (ordinary phones) via the Internet for free, with security alarms, sending and receiving E-MAILs, obtaining weather forecasts, community information announcements and other information releases, and value-added services such as multimedia advertising.
In short, the security monitoring system is an important part of the intelligent residential area. Its monitoring system takes real-time monitoring and layered defense of key areas of the community, allowing owners to live in an invisible anti-theft network. It is both safe and humane, making the intelligent residential area have all-round security protection.
