The core part of the museum's security system is anti-theft, which aims to prevent the occurrence of crimes and to detect dangers in time and deal with them effectively. However, the background software of the alarm system has a single interface and lacks real-time verification of audio and video data. The CCTV system can solve this part of the problem, but it is impossible to keep the on-duty personnel watching at all times in actual application. Therefore, the seamless connection management of the security system is the basis for the efficient operation of the integrated system. At present, in the actual application of museum security projects, the method of processing two systems in a linkage manner is basically to access the relay through the PGM output function provided by the alarm system, and then transfer it to the alarm input of the DVR or matrix. The disadvantages are very obvious. First of all, it is limited by the number of alarm inputs. If the number of defense zones is large, the alarm output PGM provided cannot be distinguished in detail, and the timely response of the DVR or matrix video is relatively vague, and the effect is discounted. In the event of special alarm situations, there may be a possibility of response errors or untimely response, which is not allowed for high-level security units such as museums. Secondly, the CCTV system is also limited in the number of alarm inputs, and cannot meet the large defense zone requirements of the alarm system; at the same time, if the number of alarm hosts is large, the background management software cannot adapt, and there are problems with single software management. If all transmissions are made through the telephone network or dedicated 485 lines, the cost and transmission structure will be complicated, which will pose a hidden danger to the stable operation and safety of the system; thirdly, and most importantly, the management of the alarm system and the management of the CCTV system are relatively independent. When an alarm occurs, the alarm system host responds to the alarm, but the monitoring system cannot adjust the camera position and recording in time, resulting in a decrease in efficiency. If the on-duty personnel are not in place, the consequences will be very serious.
In response to this reality, after years of research and exploration, we have now developed a relatively complete integrated alarm video management solution for high-level security units such as museums. The following is a brief introduction to the core issues in this solution:
Alarm system: Posonic dual-bus alarm host PS-9192 is the core part of this system. The host has large defense zone expansion capability and ultra-long-distance transmission capability. The number of host defense zones starts from 8 basic defense zones and can be expanded to 192 custom defense zones. The host supports a large number of system modules, including up to 192 defense zone modules, 48 control keyboards and up to 64 relay output modules and other functional modules. At the same time, the host is also a dual-bus structure. For special areas (such as a floor or a more concentrated area), multi-zone modules (8-16 defense zones) can be selected. Zone), the transmission distance is 750 meters, and the extended distance is doubled by the power supply and relay extension module PS-483; in some longer-distance zone signal transmission, the bus driver module PS-PP8 can be used at the same time, supporting 3-way 3Km transmission bus (no relay extension is required), and 1-4 zone modules can be added for use respectively. The alarm zone solution and perimeter processing of museums with scattered buildings can be solved and completed at the same time. 1-8 subsystems can be set, and the reasonable combination of each subsystem can be determined by the museum's working situation, opening hours and other external conditions to ensure the rational operation of the security system.
The following is a brief introduction to several aspects of the integrated management alarm monitoring system:
Control software: For the background management software (security guard software) established under the 9192 system, in addition to completing normal program settings, deployment and withdrawal, subsystem, and alarm processing functions, it also has the ability to synchronize management and linkage processing of the entire CCTV system. The management software integrates the communication protocols of the current mainstream matrix brands and DVR and DVS brands. During the program setting process, you can arbitrarily select alarm events or defense zone events to contact and link with the camera end and background video management in the CCTV system. The corresponding event mode can be one-to-one, one-to-many, or many-to-one or many-to-many cross forms, which can be set at will according to the on-site situation. The main The purpose is to ensure that in the event of an alarm incident, the on-site video is obtained in the first time, regardless of the reaction ability and proficiency of the operating staff at the time. The management system will automatically follow various alarm situations to make pre-set CCTV camera position adjustments and video start (or high-definition video start) and other actions; when an alarm is sounded in a certain defense zone of the alarm system, the CCTV camera (high-speed ball) automatically records the corresponding defense zone position, and the picture automatically pops up on the computer interface. The management staff on duty can directly see the actual situation of the alarm area on the screen, and choose the appropriate processing method according to the police situation observed on the spot, which greatly saves the staff from reviewing the video. This efficient way of managing events has implications for the communication of museum security systems: alarm communications are through the host's SerilaOutput port and the management computer's 232 serial port, supporting multiple alarm hosts working under the same software (for example, when a 192 defense zone is not enough), the computer serial port can be expanded; the network matrix and DVR communicate with the computer through the LAN port, and multiple matrices and multiple DVRs can communicate with the management computer through a router; the control software is based on the management and control of the alarm system, and performs communication settings for the CCTV system; the alarm system can run independently, and external remote telephone alarms still work, and the CCTV system can continue to work under its own transmission functions, such as remote transmission and remote storage and retrieval can all be completed normally.
