Gun-out-of-position alarm management system based on RFID technology

    In order to strengthen the security of the troops, prevent on-duty guns and ammunition from being stolen, sentries from being attacked and sentries from escaping from the troops with guns and ammunition, increase the supervision and management of on-duty (mobile) guns and ammunition, effectively prevent the loss of guns and ammunition, and put an end to major and vicious cases involving guns and ammunition, based on the actual situation of the troops, we have developed a "gun anti-loss and anti-robbery, anti-theft wireless alarm system" and a "gun and ammunition combined and gun and ammunition separation wireless alarm system".

    1. Gun Out of Position Alarm System

    There is a micro signal transmitter in the butt of the automatic rifles such as "Type 81", "Type 81-1", "Type 95" and "Type 03". It is installed on the butt. According to the actual situation of the sentry, the system monitoring and control range, i.e. the cordon, is delineated. The signal collected by the receiver is analyzed by the single-chip microcomputer. When the sentry is 4-5 meters away from the post, the receiver loses the signal and the voice prompts that the gun is abnormally out of position. If the sentry returns within the specified time, the system returns to normal; otherwise, the alarm system will regard it as a warning of theft of the gun. After comparison and confirmation, the alarm will sound an alarm. (If you encounter an emergency, you can also press the alarm button to alarm.) After the alarm host in the duty room receives the alarm signal, the sentry number is displayed with sound and light, and a voice message and alarm sound are issued. The duty personnel can arrange the emergency team to deal with it. In order to understand the whole process of the sentry's duty and provide reference materials after the emergency occurs, the alarm host sets up a storage unit to comprehensively record the gun's out of position.

    2. System composition

    1RFID electronic tag

    As the most advanced identification code, the electronic tag is not easy to be damaged, the data is reliable, and it can be used as the only identification of the target for tracking and positioning. When working, the management personnel use the networked wireless identification base station to track and locate the target. The cycle is long and the effective communication distance is long. It is the best choice to replace barcodes and infrared identification. Install it on the controlled target.

    2RFID reader

    The RFID read-write controller is composed of a microprocessor, a security module, a microwave communication controller, and communication interfaces such as RS232, 485, TCP/IP, etc. It uses short-range communication protocols and microwave wireless transmission to achieve safe and reliable information exchange with RFID. RWU is connected to the host computer through RS232, 485, WIFI, GPRS, TCP/IP, etc., receives control commands and data from the host computer and returns data.

    3Low frequency activator

    4-way or 6-way activation antennas, 4 or 6 adjacent rooms can share a low-frequency activator. In our entire positioning system, the positioning base station is the smallest base point. As the closest base point to the positioning point, the distance of the activation tag is 3-3.5 meters, that is, each tag is activated within 3-3.5 meters of the activator, and its positioning accuracy can be described as 3-3.5 meters. Activators in different areas have their own unique address codes. When personnel enter the positioning base station with semi-active low-frequency activation tags and are activated, the tags work normally, send the ID number of the tags to the outside world, and also send the address code of the activator that activates the tags. In this way, through the address code of the activator, we can locate the location of the tags. When the tag is taken from one activator to another, the address code of the activator uploaded will also change accordingly, thus forming a complete positioning system. The data uploaded by the tags is received by the positioning base station gateways in a large range, and the information is uploaded to the management center for processing, completing the entire positioning system. The sentry post departure system only needs to arrange the low-frequency activator reasonably or through the bypass coil method to effectively control the sentry post to be about 5 meters away.

    3. System Features

    1. Real-time automatic alarm function for gun robbery: The equipment has advanced detection function. Under 24-hour real-time operation monitoring and control, it will automatically alarm and notify the on-duty personnel if the gun is robbed or the gun is out of place.

    2. It has an automatic alarm function for leaving the post without permission: Based on the actual situation of the troops’ duty posts, if the sentry leaves the post without permission, the system can automatically warn or alarm to notify the on-duty personnel.

    3. Anti-disassembly and anti-destruction: It has anti-disassembly and anti-destruction alarm functions. The electronic tag in the gun has an anti-disassembly function. When the electronic tag set in the gun stock accessory box is illegally disassembled, it can automatically alarm. The device is small in size, well concealed, and not easy to be damaged by humans.

    4. Multiple alarm functions: gun presence display, out-of-position warning or alarm, power failure prompt, emergency alarm, multi-level alarm, disconnection alarm.

    5. Real-time event recording function: The system can detect the duty posts in real time and record the events in real time, which is convenient for relevant personnel to review afterwards.

    6. Arming and disarming: The arming and disarming time can be set according to the guard change time period.

    7. Strong anti-interference ability: adopts wireless frequency triple-hopping technology and adaptive space radio waves.

    8. Fully wireless mode, low power consumption: energy-saving, low power consumption. All field detection equipment is low-power equipment;

    9. Novel design concept. The project comprehensively analyzed the key and difficult issues of the troops' duty work, conducted systematic research on alarm review and alarm linkage, and creatively proposed the design concept of combining human defense with technical defense, and combining external defense with internal defense, fundamentally solving the problem of the easy loss of control of duty guns that has long plagued the troops. At the same time, it has a wide range of application value in related work such as equipment supervision and personnel monitoring of the troops, filling the gap in this field.

    10. Wide adaptability: The system function adopts a modular structure, which can flexibly combine functions such as gun departure, sentry departure, emergency alarm, etc. according to actual needs, and has wide adaptability.

    11. Tracking and positioning: In case of special circumstances, the tracker can monitor the sounds around the gun through the mobile phone or learn the geographical location of the gun through text messages. At the same time, the real-time geographical location of the gun can be found through the electronic map of the "Location Online" platform on the mobile phone or computer.

    12. Gun and bullet separation, gun and bullet combination: As long as the sentry's gun and magazine are separated or the gun and magazine are combined, the system will immediately issue an alarm, greatly improving the troops' rapid response capability to deal with emergencies at the sentry post and improving the safety management level of the sentry post.
