Since the service day started in August this year, Tektronix has held more than 30 service activities for BYD, China Resources Micro, Inovance Technology and other customers, mainly in the fields of automobiles, power supplies, and semiconductors. It has helped customers solve many work problems and problems on-site. Pain point issues and shared the latest industry solutions.
In the automotive industry, to assist in the upgrade of electric drive systems under the new 800V architecture, Tektronix provides a one-stop solution covering the evaluation and selection of key power devices, electric drive control circuit debugging and motor drag bench testing, which well solves the problem of three generations of electric drive systems. Test problems such as nanosecond rising edge of power semiconductor SiC/GaN, high common mode interference, full-bridge circuit safety interlocking, double-pulse and three-phase drive systems help upgrade electric drive systems under the new 800V architecture. In terms of autonomous vehicle testing, Tektronix started from the three important structures of radar, camera and domain controller to build an industry-leading smart travel testing solution.
In the semiconductor industry, Tektronix has introduced isolation driver chip testing and DC-DC chip testing (including: multi-phase current sharing timing verification, minimal ripple time-frequency domain verification, power supply rejection ratio verification (PSRR), PSIJ, etc.) to customers; AC-DC chip testing (harmonic analysis, loop response, passive component loss, switching loss analysis, etc.); electric drive and inverter testing (DQ0 analysis, text wave analysis, mechanical parameter analysis).
