Solutions to the Failure of the Transformation Ratio Group Tester

If power workers want to detect the quality of transformer products before leaving the factory and during use, and prevent short circuits, open circuits, connection errors, internal failures of the voltage regulator, or contact failures between transformer turns, they need to use a ratio group tester. This equipment can cause failures due to improper use and wiring errors. This article will briefly introduce what to do if a ratio group tester fails.

1. The display is confusing. Press the "Reset" key for general analysis; otherwise, enable it again for 8 seconds.

2. The screen displays "Measuring, please wait." The result after 20 seconds has not been displayed and the company's technical staff has begun to solve the problem.

3. If there is no response when turning on the power and the built-in indicator light of the power switch does not light up, you only need to replace the 2A fuse in the power socket.

4. The measurement results do not match the actual results or display errors: 1 Check whether the circuit is correct, 2 Check whether the test circuit is damaged.

5. Self-test: The wiring method on the instrument remains unchanged, the test fixtures on the high and low voltage test lines are short-circuited, and the "YY" wiring method is selected for multiple measurements. If the result of each check is 1.0000, the self-test is normal!

6. If the fault still exists after performing the above steps, return the instrument to our company for repair.

7. When the instrument is turned off, press and hold the low frequency key, and then turn on the instrument. After the printer prints the density status setting report, it enters the print density setting state.

8. Press the SEL key to gradually adjust the print density, press the LF key to reduce the print density adjustment, get a satisfactory density and restart the instrument.

9. Press the round button projected on the printer, open the paper box cover, take out the residue, and put the new printing paper into the printer. Therefore, the printer is a fast thermal printer. When the paper is placed on the paper, pay attention to the printing side of the printing paper facing down.

When power workers are using the ratio tester and a malfunction occurs accidentally, do not panic. You can handle it according to the above method. If it still cannot be solved, it needs to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair. Do not disassemble the panel yourself to avoid damaging the equipment.
