Electronic measurement refers to a measurement technology based on electronic technology. It is a product that combines measurement and electronics. Classification of electronic measurement: broad electronic measurement, narrow electronic measurement.
Generalized electronic measurement includes the measurement of electrical quantities and non-electrical quantities, as shown in Figure 1.

The specific measurement objectives are classified as the narrow electronic measurement content:
1. Measurement of electrical energy; including the measurement of voltage, current, power, electric field strength, etc. under various frequencies and waveforms.
2. Measurement of circuit parameters; including the measurement of resistance, inductance, capacitance, impedance, quality factor, etc.
3. Measurement of electrical signal characteristics; including the measurement of signal, frequency, period, time, phase, modulation level, frequency modulation index, distortion, noise, and logical state of digital signals.
4. Measurement of electronic equipment functions; including the measurement of expansion multiples, attenuation, sensitivity, frequency characteristics, passband, and noise factor.
5. Measurement of characteristic curves, including the measurement and display of amplitude-frequency characteristic curves, transistor characteristic curves, etc.
The basic parameters of electronic measurement include frequency, time, voltage, phase, impedance, etc.
