Qingdao Handheld Cable Tester
Qingdao TFN Handheld Cable Tester is a new product launched by TFN brand. Different from the bulky traditional cable fault test system, this product is small and convenient, with only 380K.
The handheld cable tester uses the pulse reflection method, which can determine the type of fault point based on the difference in the waveform reflected from the fault point. It is very difficult for many inexperienced users to judge the fault based on the waveform. Qingdao TFN handheld cable tester uses digital waveform automatic recognition technology and ARM CPU with FPGA technology. The machine intelligent system automatically recognizes and can even calculate the places that are easily overlooked by humans.
Instrument Introduction:
The D131 series cable fault intelligent distance meter is suitable for automatically measuring the precise location of core wire obstacles such as broken wires, mixed wires, and ground faults of power cables and communication cables.
The D131 series features automatic testing of many typical faults, with the following features:
1) DAGC (Digital Automatic Gain Control) system: Gain can be adjusted digitally. This eliminates the waveform distortion caused by the potentiometer knob of the original similar instruments. It can also make pure linear adjustments, which is conducive to manual testing.
2) Automatic digital waveform recognition technology: relies on machines to automatically recognize waveforms that are difficult for humans to judge.
3) The use of ARM CPU combined with FPGA technology can quickly perform various complex calculations and accurately determine fault waveforms.
4) Waveform comparison function, which is convenient for comparing the test waveforms of the faulty line and the normal line, and clearly locating the fault point.
5) Large color LCD display, humanized interface menu design, and quick digital keys make it easy for users to operate.
6) High-energy lithium battery, with a usage time of up to ten hours (charged with a dedicated charger).
7) Wave speed memory: after shutting down and restarting, the wave speed will be automatically set to the wave speed when it was shut down last time.
