Both instruments are digital multimeters with a basic VDC accuracy of up to 0.0024%, a resolution of 100pA and 10μΩ, which can complete typical multimeter measurements and ensure the required performance for today's demanding designs. You can also use the DMM4050/4040 to measure frequency and period, perform continuity tests and diode tests. If you need more flexibility, the DMM4050 also provides temperature measurement functions and capacitance measurement functions. You can replace thermometers, capacitance meters, counters, continuity testers, and traditional DMMs with a multifunctional instrument, saving bench space and costs.
