Overview of the four gases in the conventional four-in-one gas detector:

1. Values of different concentration ranges of combustible gas methane:

1. Methane (CH4): The gas detector alarms when it exceeds 1.00%;

2. When the methane (CH4) value on the detector is lower than 1.00%, it is normal;

3. When the methane (CH4) value on the detector exceeds 5%, there is a risk of explosion in the presence of light. Electric welding is prohibited;

4. If the CH4 value on the detector exceeds 25%, it may cause headache, dizziness, fatigue, lack of concentration, and accelerated breathing and heartbeat. Go outside for fresh air every 30 minutes or so.

2. Values of different concentration ranges of carbon monoxide:

Carbon monoxide (CO): The gas detector alarms when it exceeds 24ppm;

When the carbon monoxide (CO) on the detector exceeds 50 pm, it is the maximum level allowed for an adult to be exposed to.

When the carbon monoxide (CO) on the detector exceeds 200ppm, after (2-3) hours, there will be a slight headache, dizziness, and sadness. Go outside for fresh air every 30 minutes or so.

When the carbon monoxide (CO) on the detector exceeds 400ppm, leave the scene immediately and report to the relevant responsible person.

3. Values of different oxygen concentration ranges:

Oxygen (02): The gas detector alarms when it is lower than 18.0%;

The oxygen (O2) value on the detector is 20.9%, which is the normal oxygen content in the air;

When the oxygen (O2) value on the detector is lower than 15%, people will have shortness of breath, headache, dizziness, fatigue and weakness. They will move slowly and leave the scene immediately and report to the relevant responsible person.

4. Values of different concentration ranges of hydrogen sulfide:

Hydrogen sulfide (H2S): The gas detector alarms when it exceeds 10ppm;

When the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on the detector is 50ppm-100pa, there is a pungent smell. Go outside to ventilate every 30 minutes or so;

When the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on the detector is 100ppm–200pm, the sense of smell is paralyzed, leave the scene immediately and report to the relevant responsible person;

When the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on the detector exceeds 200pm, poisoning will occur within one hour. Immediately leave the scene and report to the relevant responsible person.

The four-in-one gas detector (composite gas detector) is widely used in petrochemical, coating, electric power, metallurgy, environmental protection, papermaking and other industrial industries. When the concentration of gas in the environment reaches the preset alarm value, the four-in-one gas detector will emit sound, light and vibration alarms.
