The bearing in the movement of the rotary paddle level switch is a part that connects the rotating parts and the stationary parts. It supports the rotating shaft and the parts on the shaft to maintain the normal operation and rotation accuracy of the shaft. Its function is to transfer the axial force and radial force of the rotating parts to the stationary parts, which is conducive to the smooth rotation between the parts.
The shaft sleeve of the rotary paddle level switch transmission part is mainly used for axial positioning, reducing shaft wear and shock absorption. The shaft and blades work in the material storage tank for a long time, and the shaft sleeve can prevent dust from entering the shaft and play a protective function. The shaft sleeve is usually used in places with low speed, high radial load and high clearance requirements, which is in line with the transmission principle of the rotary paddle level switch.
