The SF6 comprehensive tester integrates SF6 micro-water meter, SF6 purity meter and SF6 decomposition product analyzer, and integrates the functions that originally required three instruments into one instrument. One on-site measurement can complete the three index tests, greatly saving the gas in the equipment. One measurement saves 2/3 of the gas consumption, while reducing the user's workload and improving work efficiency.
Its characteristics are as follows:
1. Fast and gas-saving: After the machine is turned on and enters the measurement state, the measurement time of each SF6 gas barrier dew point is about 5 minutes, and the measurement time of SF6 purity and SF6 decomposition products is about 2 minutes.
2. Self-locking joint: It adopts self-locking joint imported from Germany, which is safe, reliable and has no leakage.
3. Data storage: It adopts large-capacity design and can store 200 sets of test data.
4. Curve function: The large screen curve displays the dew point measurement process.
5. Clear display: The LCD screen directly displays dew point, trace water (Ppm), SF6 purity, SO2, H2S, CO content, ambient temperature, ambient humidity, time and date, etc.
6. Built-in power supply: Built-in 4Ah rechargeable lithium battery, which can work continuously for 10 hours on a full charge.
The steps are as follows:
1. Connect SF6 equipment
Connect the threaded end of the measuring pipe to the switch connector, tighten it with a wrench, and close the needle valve at the other end of the measuring pipe; then insert one end of the quick connector on the test pipe into the sampling port on the comprehensive tester; connect the exhaust pipe to the air outlet; connect the switch connector to the SF6 electrical equipment measurement interface, and tighten it with a wrench.
2. Initialization
Turn on the power switch of the instrument and the instrument will enter the initialization self-calibration process.
3. Check the battery level
This instrument recommends using direct current first; using alternating current may affect the measurement results.
When using direct current, please check the battery level displayed in the upper right corner. If the battery level is less than about 30%, please turn off the power and charge it before continuing to use it.
4. Start measuring
After the instrument completes the initialization self-calibration, it automatically enters the measurement state (press the "Return" key to switch to the main menu, and press each function icon on the menu to enter the corresponding interface). At this time, fully open the flow valve on the flow meter, and then adjust the flow to about 0.5LPM by adjusting the needle valve on the measuring pipe.
5. Storing Data
After the device measurement is completed, the data can be saved in the instrument. Press the "Save" button to enter the "Data Save" page, and press the "OK" button to save.
6. After the measurement is completed, close the needle valve on the measuring pipe.
Remove the adapter from the SF6 electrical equipment. If you need to continue measuring other equipment, do not turn off the power of the instrument and follow the above steps to perform the next measurement.
7. After the measurement is completed, turn off the power of the integrated tester.
