The oscilloscope has multiple ways to indicate the probability of a waveform occurring. In normal display mode, the oscilloscope uses grayscale to indicate the probability of a waveform occurring.

The greater the probability of a waveform appearing, the brighter the color of the waveform is, and the smaller the probability of a waveform appearing, the darker the color of the waveform is, as shown in Figure 1.

In addition, in order to help us understand the probability of waveform occurrence more clearly, the ZDS2022 oscilloscope is also equipped with a color temperature display function. Today we will share the color temperature display function of the ZDS2022 oscilloscope. In simple terms, the color temperature of the waveform is used to reflect the frequency of waveform occurrence. Waveforms with low occurrence frequency are displayed in cold colors, and waveforms with high occurrence frequency are displayed in warm colors, as shown in Figure 2.

To enable this function, in addition to enabling the color temperature display function in the [Display] menu, users can also switch between infinite persistence and color temperature display modes by directly pressing the [Persist] button. It is a one-button operation that is efficient and convenient.

In the color temperature display mode, the waveform color is brighter, the contrast is better, and it is easier to observe the waveform trajectory.

ZDS2022 is the perfect oscilloscope, a new standard for 200MHz oscilloscopes!
