As shown in the figure is a multifunctional electronic control circuit. The circuit consists of a step-down rectifier circuit, a multivibrator, a counting circuit, a thyristor control circuit, etc. The step-down rectifier circuit provides a DC voltage for the entire controller.
For the multivibrator composed of IC1 (555) and W1, R1, W2, R2, C1, etc., its oscillation period is T = tcharge tdischarge = 0.693 (R1 Rw1 2R2 2Rw2) C1, where tcharge = 0.693 (R1 Rw1 R2 Rw2) C1, corresponding to the time when 555 outputs a high level, and tdischarge = 0.693 (R2 Rw2) C1. , corresponding to the time when 555 outputs a low level. Obviously, the charging time is much greater than the discharging time, that is, the relay J pull-in time is greater than the release time, controlling the fan to blow gusts of wind. Adjusting the potentiometer W2 can change the interval of the gusts of wind.
IC2 (CD4022) is an octal counter/pulse distributor, which forms a counting circuit with C2, R6, R7, etc. At the moment of power on, since the voltage across C2 cannot change suddenly, CD4022 adds a high level to the reset terminal R (pin 15), causing the Q0 terminal (pin 2) to output a high level, BG2 to turn on, and the "0" gear indicator LED2 to emit green light, indicating that it is in the ready-to-run state. After pressing the switch AN1, the circuit is in the counting state because the CP terminal (pin 14) is at a high level, and Q0 is reset. The Q1 terminal (pin 1) outputs a high level, BG3 turns on, triggering the thyristor SCR1 to turn on, and the fan runs in the "1" gear; pressing AN1 again is equivalent to inputting another CP pulse, the Q2 terminal (pin 3) outputs a high level, BG4 turns on, triggering SCR2 to turn on, and the fan runs in the "2" gear. The situation for the "3" gear is the same as above. If switch AN2 is pressed, it is equivalent to inputting a reset pulse, and the fan stops, thus realizing multi-function control.
