1. Characteristics of float level gauge
Float-11 series float level gauge is mainly composed of meter head, process connection, guide rod, float, locking ring and other parts. It absorbs the excellent design and advanced manufacturing technology of similar products at home and abroad, and is designed and independently developed according to the Archimedes buoyancy principle. It is a liquid level measuring instrument with simple structure, easy use, safe and reliable, wide application and high reliability.
Specifically, the features and advantages of the Float-11 series float level gauge are as follows:
1. Reliable and durable: imported plastic-sealed reed switch with long service life;
2. Humanized design, easy to use: High-brightness LED display head can be configured into horizontal or vertical structure design, which is convenient for viewing in various application occasions;
3. Strong adaptability: the material of the liquid contact part can be configured as 304, 316L, coating (PTFE/PP), to adapt to different measuring media;
4. Good sealing: with unique sealing design, the protection level of the whole machine can reach IP66/67;
5. High explosion-proof level: passed the double explosion-proof certification of explosion-proof and intrinsic safety, the explosion-proof level is ExdIICT6, and the intrinsic safety level is ExiaIICT6.
2. Types of float level gauges
In practical applications, since various liquids have different chemical properties, in order to meet the needs of different liquid level measurements, the Float-11 series float level gauges are mainly divided into two types: Float-11A standard float level gauge and Float-11P acid- and alkali-resistant float level gauge. The Float-11A standard float level gauge made of 304 or 316L stainless steel can be used for most liquid measurements; the Float-11P acid- and alkali-resistant float level gauge with PTFE or PP coating is mainly used for the measurement of highly corrosive liquids.
