1. There is no display when the liquid flows normally, and the cumulative amount does not increase.
1) The power supply circuit or signal circuit is broken or in poor contact; Troubleshooting method: Use a multimeter to check and eliminate the fault point
2) The printed circuit board of the display instrument has a connector failure or poor contact; Troubleshooting method: Replace the printed circuit board
3) Preamplifier failure; Troubleshooting method: Use an iron bar to move quickly under the detection head. If there is no signal output, check whether the coil is broken or the solder joint is desoldering.
4) The voltage supplied to the preamplifier is too low; Troubleshooting method: Increase the power supply voltage to the specified requirement
5) The impeller is stuck and does not rotate; Troubleshooting method: remove foreign matter, and clean or replace damaged parts. Recalibrate after replacing parts.
2. The flow rate display gradually decreases
1) The filter is clogged, the pressure loss gradually increases, and the flow rate decreases; Troubleshooting method: Clear the debris in the filter
2) The valve core on the pipeline is loose, and the valve opening is automatically reduced; Troubleshooting method: repair or replace the valve
3) The impeller is blocked by debris or foreign matter enters the bearing gap, increasing resistance and slowing down the speed. Troubleshooting method: clean the flow meter and recalibrate if necessary.
3. When the flow rate is zero, the flow rate display is not zero and the displayed value is unstable
1) The transmission line shielding is poorly grounded, and there is interference from external electromagnetic fields; Troubleshooting methods: Check the grounding and eliminate interference
2) Pipeline vibration causes impeller vibration; Troubleshooting method: Reinforce the pipeline or install brackets before and after the flow meter
3) The stop valve is leaking; troubleshooting method: repair or replace the valve
4) The internal circuit boards or electronic components of the display instrument are damaged, causing interference; Troubleshooting method: Use the "short circuit method" or check one by one to find the fault point
4. Displayed traffic does not match actual traffic
1) The impeller is corroded and the blades are deformed; Troubleshooting method: Repair the impeller or replace it and recalibrate it
2) Debris hinders the impeller from rotating; troubleshooting method: remove the debris
3) Detection coil output signal is abnormal; Troubleshooting method Check the coil insulation resistance and conduction resistance
4) Bypass valve leakage; Troubleshooting method: Close the bypass valve tightly and replace it if necessary.
5) The flow velocity distribution upstream of the flow meter is distorted or pulsating; Troubleshooting method: Find out the cause of the distortion or pulsating flow and take measures to eliminate it
6) Display instrument failure; troubleshooting method to repair the display instrument
7) The display instrument wiring is incorrect; Troubleshooting method: Correct the wiring
8) Display instrument settings are wrong; troubleshooting method: correct settings
9) The actual flow rate exceeds the specified flow range; Troubleshooting method: Replace the flow meter with a suitable caliber
