The industrial bimetallic thermometer has protective tubes, joints, locking bolts, etc. made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The case is made of aluminum plate stretched and processed by cutting and black electrophoresis. The cover and the box adopt a ring-shaped double-layer rubber ring threaded sealing and locking structure, so the instrument has good overall waterproof and corrosion resistance. The radial instrument adopts a curved tube structure, with a novel, light, beautiful and unique appearance. The bimetallic thermometer is a field detection instrument used to measure medium and low temperatures, and can be used to directly measure the temperature of liquefied and gas. Compared with glass mercury thermometers, it has the advantages of no mercury harm, easy to read, firm and durable.

Thermometer indication part: (indicated by the outer diameter of the thermometer dial) divided into φ60, φ100, φ150mm.
Tail pipe length: 75-2000mm.
Tail pipe diameter: φ6, φ8, φ10 (when the tail pipe length is 100-1250mm) and φ12 (when the tail pipe length is 1250-2000mm).
Installation thread: M16X1.5, M27X2, G1/2, G3/4; tail pipe and fixing bolt joints are made of 1Cr18Ni9TI stainless steel with a pressure resistance of 6.4MPa.
Waterproof performance: The thermometer housing should be able to withstand water spray from a faucet with a nozzle diameter of 25 mm at a distance of 5 meters (the water pressure before the nozzle outlet is not less than 2 kg/cm2) for 5 minutes, and no water should penetrate into the thermometer housing. It meets the IP65 standard.
