Application of float level meter in liquid level measurement

Float pulley level gauge model and marking method:
CCD 100-1.0-120-500
500-denotes the nominal volume of the stirred tank (L)
120- indicates the design temperature (℃)
1.0- indicates design pressure (Mpa)
100- represents the torque (N·m)
CCD stands for the first letter of the Chinese pinyin for Magnetic Drive Device
Working principle of float pulley level gauge:
A float with a certain mass value and a weight (indicator) with a certain mass value are fixed at the two ends of a cable respectively and suspended vertically on a pulley with a fixed bracket. When the float moves vertically above the liquid surface, the weight at the other end moves in the opposite direction, and the moving distances are equal.
Installation Precautions:
Install the scale frame bracket vertically below the cable outlet and weld it to the tank body. When welding, pay attention that the scale frame slide should be on the same vertical line as the level meter cable, and the front-to-back and left-to-right deviation should not exceed 5 degrees.
Float pulley level gauge guide rail:
Two stainless steel wire ropes are used as guide rails for the float and fixed to the upper flange and the lower tank bottom. Just keep a certain tension during installation

After the operator enters the tank, he tightens the cable until the indicator at the other end of the cable is at the "0" position (the upper end of the scale frame); then he passes the cable through the hole of the float and tightens the cable.
Post-installation inspection:
When the float is lifted to a height of one meter, the indicator outside the tank should be at "1" meter on the scale; when the float is lifted to the highest point of the measuring range, the indicator should also be at the corresponding position on the scale (the lowest point).
