Orifice flowmeter can measure the size of fluid flow by measuring pressure difference. Intelligent throttling device (orifice flowmeter) is a new generation of flowmeter that integrates flow, temperature and pressure detection functions and can automatically compensate for temperature and pressure. Therefore, the application classification of orifice flowmeter in industry is as follows:
1. First of all, according to the composition of the sensor and the converter, the orifice flowmeter can be divided into split type and integrated type. The split type is a more commonly used flowmeter, and its signal cable is double-shielded to reduce the impact of noise and prevent the orifice flowmeter from generating measurement errors. This type of flowmeter is generally installed near the sensor. The integrated type assembles the sensor and the converter together, which can reduce or prevent the entry of electromagnetic waves in space to interfere with the measurement.
2. Secondly, according to the output signal and power connection of the orifice flowmeter, it can be divided into four-wire and two-wire systems. The so-called four-wire orifice flowmeter is actually a traditional flowmeter consisting of two groups of two wires. The two-wire orifice flowmeter is generally used in remote places and is relatively cheap.
