Input the motor no-load parameters and rated parameters (this parameter detector has stored more than 6,900 parameters in 180 categories, which users can select and call), and users of special motors can input them by themselves. The output power, efficiency, and load rate of the motor shaft end can be detected (in accordance with the national standard GB12497-95 "Economic Operation of Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors"). According to user requirements, a photoelectric digital sampler is added to measure the motor speed, which is used for fan efficiency detection in the fan industry during production and manufacturing.
The three-phase vector diagram function is used to facilitate users to judge whether the wiring of instruments and meters , whether the user line wiring is correct, and whether the line working status is normal. It has the function of judging wrong wiring.
Combined with computer serial communication, the instantaneous data of oilfield pumping unit electricity consumption can be fully recorded and stored. With the help of special computer software, the data can be analyzed and the change curves of voltage, current, power (able to distinguish between positive and negative power) and other data during the operation of the pumping unit can be drawn to reasonably adjust the balance block of the pumping unit to achieve the best energy-saving effect.
