  The magnetic flap liquid level sensor is a commonly used liquid measuring instrument with the advantages of accurate measurement, easy maintenance, high sensitivity, good stability, and long service life. When we use the magnetic flap liquid level sensor, there are some key points that users need to master.   When using the magnetic flap liquid level sensor, you should first open the upper guide pipe valve, and then slowly open the lower valve to allow the medium to enter the main pipe smoothly (during operation, avoid the medium from rapidly impacting the float, causing drastic fluctuations of the float and affecting the display accuracy), observe whether the magnetic red and white balls flip normally, then close the lower guide pipe valve, open the drain valve, and let the liquid level in the main pipe drop. Repeat this method three times. If it is normal, it can be put into operation (except for special liquids such as corrosive liquids).

  1. When debugging the magnetic flap liquid level sensor:

  Avoid or stay away from the inlet and outlet of the material medium to prevent rapid changes in the local area of ​​the material fluid, which may affect the accuracy of the liquid level measurement;

  2. Installation location of magnetic flap level sensor:

  It is necessary to add intermediate reinforcement flanges or ear supports for fixed support to increase strength and overcome its own weight;

  3. For liquid level sensors exceeding a certain length (common type > 3 meters, anti-corrosion type > 2 meters):

  3. Depending on the medium conditions, the main pipe should not be cleaned regularly to remove impurities;

  After the wiring hole of the junction box is laid, it is required to be well sealed to prevent the intrusion of rainwater, moisture, etc., which may cause the remote transmission supporting instruments to malfunction. The junction box should be covered in time after inspection or debugging is completed.

  The connection between the remote transmission instrument and the display instrument or industrial computer is best laid in a separate protective tube or with a shielded two-core cable;

  The zero position of the magnetic flap liquid level sensor should be on the same horizontal line as the zero position indication of the liquid level sensor;

  The sensing surface of the magnetic flap level sensor should face and be close to the main pipe;

  The matching instrument should be placed close to the main pipe of the magnetic flap liquid level sensor and fixed with a stainless steel clamp (iron is prohibited).
