  【1】Deterioration of air tightness of the gas path:

  The flow meter indication should be between 0.8 and 1.2. If the air tightness decreases, the following parts should be checked: air pump, flow meter, glass tube, rubber tube and air connection.

  【2】Electrolytic cell

  1. Leakage in the electrolytic cell causes the air tightness of the gas path to decrease.

  2. There is dirt on the four electrodes in the electrolytic cell and it should be cleaned

  3. The four electrodes in the electrolytic cell should be reliably connected to the controller.

  【3】Agitator:

  The loss of magnetic force of the stirring rod is a common cause of stirring out of step and should be replaced.

  【4】Temperature control part

  1. A. The temperature keeps showing 1999°C, indicating that the thermocouple circuit is disconnected or has an internal short circuit.

  B. If the temperature does not increase but there is heating current, it means that the thermocouple is connected in reverse.

  C. If the temperature always shows room temperature, it means that the thermocouple wire is short-circuited.

  2. If the temperature value is lower than the set furnace temperature, there should be heating furnace flow. If the furnace flow is displayed as 0.0A, it means that the fuse is broken, the silicon carbon tube itself is broken or the connection is not connected.

  3. The constant temperature fluctuates too much, which is usually caused by the silicon carbon tube. The resistance value should be 7~8 Ω. It is recommended to purchase original accessories from our company.

  【 5 】 Sample delivery agency

  In order to assist in the fault diagnosis of the sample delivery machine, 4 indicator lights are provided on the instrument main board. When a specific fault occurs, the fault location can be determined based on the situation of the indicator lights.

  1: This indicator light should be on when the motor is moving forward.

  2: This indicator light should be on when the motor moves backward.

  3: When the sample delivery mechanism is at 500℃ or stays at 1050℃, the indicator light should be on.

  4: When the sample feeding mechanism is in the original position, the indicator light should be on.
