The rotational rheometer is the most technologically advanced and stable rheometer in the current rheometer series. It is mainly used to measure the relative viscosity and absolute viscosity of liquid and semi-liquid samples. The corresponding temperature viscosity, stress and strain curves are drawn for each performance. It is mainly used in the production, processing and manufacturing industries such as textiles, food, medicine, adhesives, cosmetics, bearing lubrication, grease, paint, slurry, etc.

Torque rheometer can be used to study the thermal stability, shear stability, flow and plasticization behavior of thermoplastic materials. Its greatest feature is that it can continuously and accurately measure the rheological properties of the system in a similar actual processing process, and can also complete the curing characteristics test of thermosetting materials. It is of great value to teaching, scientific research, the development of new materials and the determination of production process.

Capillary rheometer can measure the softening point, melting point, flow point, viscosity and activation energy of polymers, curing temperature of thermosetting materials and other performance indicators. These data play an important role in studying the rheological properties of polymers. The load loading device of the instrument is reasonably designed and computer controlled to achieve continuous load loading with high control accuracy. The composition and control method of the temperature control system are novel, which is conducive to measuring the changes of materials at different temperatures.
