The intelligent vortex gas flowmeter adopts the latest microprocessing technology, with the advantages of strong functions, wide flow range, simple operation and maintenance, easy installation and use, and the main technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar foreign products. The following are the causes and solutions of the vortex gas flowmeter head failure.
1. The vortex flowmeter head shows that the instantaneous flow and pressure are normal, and the temperature display does not match the working site temperature
1. The temperature indication is "-75C" or exceeds "100℃".
The temperature sensor is damaged. The sensor can be replaced.
2. The temperature indication exceeds or is lower than the actual temperature on site. After replacing the sensor, the phenomenon still occurs.
The temperature and pressure circuit is damaged. The temperature and pressure circuit can be replaced.
2. The vortex flowmeter head has no display
1. The flowmeter has no 24V power supply or battery power supply. Supply 24V power to the flowmeter or replace the flowmeter battery.
2. The flowmeter LCD panel is damaged. Replace the flowmeter LCD panel.
3. The flowmeter mainboard is damaged. Replace the flowmeter mainboard.
4. The power wiring is incorrect or disconnected. Find and rewire.
3. The temperature and instantaneous flow rate of the vortex gas flowmeter are displayed, but the pressure does not match the actual working pressure indication.
1. If the pressure indication is "80" or the flowmeter "pressure upper limit" (the upper limit can be found in the flowmeter selection reference table).
One is to connect a new pressure sensor to see if the meter head displays the local atmospheric pressure. If it displays the local atmospheric pressure, the original sensor is damaged. The pressure sensor can be replaced. The second is to connect a half-new pressure sensor. If the meter head still displays "80", it proves that the flowmeter mainboard is broken. The flowmeter mainboard can be replaced.
2. The pressure indication is basically a certain value (the on-site working pressure changes greatly, and the flowmeter head shows that the pressure does not change or changes slightly).
One is that the pressure sensor pressure hole is blocked. The pressure hole can be cleaned. The second is that the linear calibration curve of the pressure sensor is deteriorated. The pressure sensor can be replaced or recalibrated.
4. The temperature and pressure displayed on the vortex flowmeter are normal, but there is no instantaneous flow display
. 1. The flowmeter is too large. If the flowmeter is too large, it will cause the flowmeter to have no flow display. One is to lower the lower cutoff frequency of the flowmeter (so that the flowmeter can be used, but the accuracy of the flowmeter will be reduced). The other is to replace a smaller flowmeter.
2. The preamplifier has no current input. The flowmeter has no power supply. The flowmeter is powered by a 24V external power supply or battery.
3. The preamplifier has no frequency output. The preamplifier can be replaced.
