This paper studies the key technologies of aerial reconnaissance of micro-aircraft. The main functions of micro-aircraft are reconnaissance, electromagnetic interference and attack, but the basis of these applications is reconnaissance. Without the early reconnaissance results, there will be no later electromagnetic interference and direct attack. Therefore, aerial reconnaissance is the main application result of micro-aircraft. This paper explores the feasibility of using CMOS digital image sensors for image acquisition in aerial reconnaissance. The general characteristics of CMOS image sensors are explained, and the performance of CMOS color image sensor chip OV7620 is introduced. The design of acquisition circuit using CPLD combined with single-chip microcomputer is discussed, and the acquisition program is designed using C and V HDL languages, and the computer serial port is used for image transmission. Experiments show that the system is reasonably designed, the hardware circuit is simple, the software programming is easy, and it has high practical value.
